You must sign a liability waiver and undergo training on all equipment
Please only use the space when a worker is present
You got to keep it clean
If you break something it's okay but own up to it

Eye Protection must be work at all times (prescription glasses dont count)
Tie back long hair
No open toed shoes, flip flops, sandals, flats, heels, or Toms
No clothing that is excessively loose or fraying
No headphones, lanyards, scarves, or ties
